A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required; a Bachelor's degree in Electrical /Electronics Engineering or higher is preferred.
Less than One (1) year of related experience in in-circuit testing is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Analog Design, DFT principles, and SMT production environments.
Software & Tools: Intermediate Computer Skills; experience with Lab tools and test/measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Spectrum Analyzers).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills; familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software .
Soft Skills: Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a Cross-Discipline team environment and develop strong relationships with customers.
Problem Solving: Advanced decision-making skills, specifically regarding "niche" electronic failures and legacy platform support.
