About The Position

The Marketing Associate plays a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging technology to deliver innovative marketing solutions. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience with 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, including B2B marketing, product marketing, strategic planning, communications planning, or business strategy roles in marketing organizations or advertising agencies.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working with multiple Marketing Technology tools, data flows, and platform architectures.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience analyzing complex technical information and interpreting technical data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating with executives across multiple functional areas.
  • Proven project management skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of specific industries such as fashion, consumer technology, wearables, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality technologies, luxury brands, and digital advertising landscape.
  • Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical audiences to deliver marketing campaigns via online channels such as email, ads, and in-product notifications.
  • Articulate business requirements and prioritize solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver results-driven marketing initiatives.
