JIRA Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS)
About The Position
Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a cybersecurity firm built for high-consequence environments where mission, complexity, and trust intersect. Our single focus has been delivering cyber solutions to effectively manage risk & the business of cyber for 25 years! We are looking for a hands-on Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Architect to design and stand up a Jira-based scheduling system for a complex federal program based in the Washington DC Metro area. This is not a Scrum Master or PM role—we need someone who understands true schedule logic, dependencies, and critical path, and can translate technical execution into a structured, integration-ready schedule. The position is full time hours, temporary status with an immediate start date. The end date is currently scheduled for June with a possible extension. Requirements
- Experience on $10M+ federal / DoD programs
- Strong background in IMS, CPM, and schedule logic
- Hands-on with Jira as a scheduling tool (not just agile tracking)
- Familiar with EVMS / DCMA principles
- Experience with data exports, schema mapping, or integrations
Nice To Haves
- Primavera P6 or MS Project background
- Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) experience
- Active or prior clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build a logic-driven IMS in Jira (Advanced Roadmaps)
- Develop a WBS, dependencies, and critical path
- Partner with technical leads to capture execution logic
- Configure Jira fields and linking for clean data structure
- Create automated CSV exports for an external integrator
- Provide schedule performance insights (variance, risks)
- Deliver a clean handoff so the team can maintain the system
