About The Position
The Research Scientist for the Ohio State Institute for Materials and Manufacturing Research (IMR) serves as an IMR Member of Technical Staff and will be the Institute's lead epitaxial growth research scientist. This role focuses on compound semiconductor materials and devices, guiding collaborative research and training in semiconductor epitaxy for next-generation devices. The successful candidate will lead independent and collaborative research programs, support project management, and enable collaboration across various semiconductor growth systems.
