Requirements

• 2+ years of air/ocean import and export experience with a freight forwarder preferred
• Excellent communication skills, well organized and proficient computer skills, inclusive of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Handle Air and Ocean Import and Export shipments from creation to billing
• Prepare import documents in accordance with all US Customs regulations
• Schedule deliveries based on customer needs
• Ability to create Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare invoices and send to customers
• Provide excellent customer service
