About The Position
The Implementation Transition Lead is responsible for overseeing the training and go-live support for banks transitioning to CSI's NuPoint platform. This role involves project management tasks such as planning, executing, and monitoring the training programs, ensuring that all objectives are met, and providing comprehensive updates to stakeholders. The Transition Lead acts as the primary point of contact for issue management during the go-live period and is accountable for achieving positive customer feedback and successful project outcomes.
