About The Position

The Implementation Specialist supports the delivery and configuration of financial software solutions for clients by executing defined workstreams within implementation projects. This role operates under guidance from senior team members and contributes to requirements documentation, system configuration, and basic reporting development. The position builds foundational expertise in financial systems, SQL, and implementation methodologies while supporting successful client outcomes in a structured, team-based environment

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to execute structured tasks within defined implementation frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
  • SQL: Working knowledge (basic query writing, data validation)
  • Data analysis and system configuration: Working knowledge
  • Microsoft Excel or similar tools: Working to intermediate
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional services, technology, or related field
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats
  • Ability to interact with internal teams and support client-facing communication as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to financial systems or data environments preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Configure product features using established guidelines and predefined requirements
  • Execute assigned implementation tasks, including data setup, validation, and system configuration
  • Support report development using SQL and system tools to meet client specifications
  • Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements under direction from senior team members
  • Translate business requirements into structured documentation for internal use
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including configuration details and test results
  • Troubleshoot routine system and data issues using established processes and escalate more complex issues appropriately
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Technical teams to support delivery milestones
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Support client interactions including demonstrations, testing support, and training sessions
  • Respond to client inquiries related to assigned workstreams with guidance from senior team members
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables to support overall client satisfaction
