About The Position
Digital Banking Implementation Specialists at Computer Services Incorporated (CSI) are tasked with executing solution and application implementations for both existing and new customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers are effectively introduced to their CSI Digital solutions, and it involves managing implementations of smaller solutions that are typically of lower complexity. The position encompasses a variety of projects, including new conversions, cross-selling opportunities, and mergers, all of which are characterized by relatively low intensity. The responsibilities of the Digital Banking Implementation Specialist include customer data conversion and configuration, overseeing the go-live transition, and performing a combination of both tasks. Specialists are expected to maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring that implementation requirements are clearly defined and aligned with the functional expectations of each customer. Staying informed about all relevant Digital products and enhancements is crucial for successful training and conversion. In terms of data conversion and configuration, the specialist will define file layouts and mappings for converting data from previous systems to the CSI Digital Banking solution. They will gather requirements and configure application settings to meet client expectations, prepare for data validation, and lead customers through initial results while addressing any issues that arise during test conversions. Transition tasks include preparing and delivering training to bank staff, providing initial go-live support, and executing the transition plan for ongoing customer support. The ultimate goal is to ensure that data is converted accurately, application configurations are complete, and customers are well-trained and supported throughout the implementation process.
