The Implementations Manager for Retirement Plan Services, Inc. is responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding of new retirement plan clients, ensuring a smooth, timely, and transparent transition onto the platform. As an individual contributor, this role serves as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, coordinating closely with internal teams, prior service providers, and clients to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience. The Implementations Manager also plans deconversions for clients transitioning away from our client, coordinating with clients, successor providers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and well-communicated offboarding. This role maintains high standards of professionalism and compliance throughout the process, protecting the client's brand and client experience through the final interaction.
