Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing delivery role.
  • Technical aptitude to learn quickly and rapidly build product knowledge; understanding of web applications (e.g. json, xml, etc.) and web services APIs (e.g. SOAP, REST, etc.).
  • Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience interfacing with technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing.

Nice To Haves

  • JIRA proficiency or similar project management software.
  • Prior experience at a FinTech company or other industry subject to regulations.
  • Prior experience as a technical project manager or similar role.
  • Enterprise SaaS Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational guidance to clients to help them effectively leverage our platform.
  • Drive maximum impact for clients' businesses while keeping projects on track.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to streamline the client onboarding experience.
  • Manage client-facing communication across mature organizations and interface with executives, project leads, and operational teams.
  • Act as a customer advocate across internal product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Create detailed implementation plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during implementation.
  • Handle unexpected challenges and adjust implementation plans as needed.
  • Evaluate current implementation processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or areas for enhancement.
  • Gather feedback from clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and areas needing improvement.
