Homecare Homebase is searching for an Implementation Training Specialist who will act as an integral part of the clinical project to ensure a successful implementation of Homecare Homebase's home health and hospice software. This person will aid in our effort to provide quality implementations and ensure the adoption of our product in agencies across the country. At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As an Implementation Training Specialist, you will play an essential role in guiding our customers and internal training teams through the deployment of the software for multi-site locations across the United States. This role requires extensive travel and client-facing training time to support clients as they go live on the Homecare Homebase software. You will be responsible for leading clients through training of the software and supporting clients throughout onsite and remote Deployment, following the implementation methodology and client-specific processes. You will assist in making customizations to clinical content to ensure the environment is ready for testing and training, collaborate with internal staff on training preparations for assigned projects, and communicate effectively to understand the customer's needs, goals, and strategies. Additionally, you will independently research customer inquiries, complete internal certification roadmap for required training classes, and maintain product knowledge as new enhancements and functionality are released in the application.
