About The Position

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and driven candidate to develop into an IS Team Lead role, managing a team of 4-7 people. This person will report directly to the Director of the department. In this role, you will be an instrumental part of every aspect of the NAM Implementation Team, but more specifically the driver of the North America IS Team. You'll play a key role by focusing on the continued skill development of the team, ramping newbies and performance management and aid in the achievement of the NAM revenue goals. As for the rest? We'll value someone with a curious mind interested in bringing their great Perk experience to a new role.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a solid performer or higher, with an emphasis on mentoring, in your current role
  • Experience managing direct reports at Perk
  • Excellent understanding of our value proposition, internal processes, and customer requirements.
  • Time Management skills
  • Ability to take on ownership and drive initiatives forward
  • Very creative and solution-driven attitude.
  • Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
  • Strong proficiency, both oral and written
  • Ability to design effective training programs.
  • Great organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the NAM Implementation Specialists & Senior Implementation Specialists
  • Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure consistent success in performance and/or course correcting to ensure on track performance
  • Setup quarterly development objectives for the team
  • Take a management role within NAM IS, as a whole
  • Review employees performance on a regular basis
  • Ongoing data analysis and reporting of NAM Team performance with actionable outcomes & strategy
  • Lead NAM IS Team Meetings
  • Promote and foster team camaraderie, both within team members and at managerial level
  • Coach & mentor a world-class cross-functional team
  • Have a strong focus on constant skill development of the IS team
  • Identify individual and team training needs
  • Onboard and train new Implementation Specialists
  • Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for the Implementation Team confidently
  • Develop specific training sessions based on needs
  • Act as a consultant to your direct reports
