About The Position

Evans is hiring an Implementation Support Consultant resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will perform program support functions that assist in organizational and strategic development while managing overall program coordination. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in sustaining client and stakeholder relationships with a focus on tactical and strategic program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business/financial operations, scheduling, or supporting strategic initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support FAA management, including mid-level leadership.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting on operational data as part of a program management team.
  • Ability to provide analytical support for planning and implementation activities related to organizational change.
  • Familiarity with generating project status reports, cost and schedule indicators, and basic schedule analysis.
  • Experience supporting project coordination within large-scale programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Air Traffic (AT) and Technical Operations (TO) coordination at the local facility level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools for managing schedules and documentation.
  • U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
  • Employees may be required to hold a specific security clearance depending on the work assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of deployment schedules, ensuring alignment across phases and identifying potential resource conflicts.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., ES/TSSC, FTI/FENS, Local Facilities) to coordinate deployment activities and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Analyze stakeholder waterfall revision requests and contribute to cost-benefit and scenario analyses to inform schedule adjustments.
  • Monitor deployment progress and assist in preparing weekly updates on schedule status, risks, and health for leadership.
  • Contribute to cost estimation, logistics planning, and procurement coordination under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Act as a site-level deployment coordinator, engaging with Air Traffic, SSC managers, and labor representatives (NATCA, PASS) with support from senior staff.
  • Assist in acquisition activities, equipment ordering, and logistics execution across deployment phases.
  • Maintain and organize deployment documentation and artifacts (e.g., GSIP, SOPs, site waterfall lists, checklists).
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members and help facilitate stakeholder coordination meetings.
  • Identify and escalate critical deployment issues, contributing to resolution planning with senior guidance.
