Requirements

  • A Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a project management/implementation role.
  • Proven experience managing small to large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A confident and engaging presenter with a collaborative approach.
  • A driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • An ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software.
  • A natural curiosity and drive to continuously enhance services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency, including knowledge of system integrations/interfaces.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.
  • Experience working in a software/SaaS environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by demonstrating our housing and residence life software to new prospects, including in-depth demos both remotely and onsite.
  • Lead new customer onboarding with planning, project management, delivery, system configuration, and training.
  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate project milestones and ensure smooth delivery aligned with customer timelines.
  • Set up demo sites, live products, and sandbox environments.
  • Assist in answering technical and functional questions in RFPs.
  • Deliver paid-for and webinar-style training sessions for customers.
  • Contribute to improving and developing product support documentation.
  • Provide insights for product roadmap considerations.
  • Collaborate with technical support, Customer Success, sales, marketing, and other functions.
  • Work with customers across the USA and Canada.
