We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role supports our external clients before, during and after the implementation process. This role will be managing multiple complex tasks while maintaining engagement with our internal team and clients in a professional and punctual manner. This role works primarily within Salesforce and requires a highly organized individual with strong Salesforce experience who excels at leading client conversations, discovering business requirements, and translating those needs into effective product implementations. The Implementation Specialist defines and executes delivery, and implementation plans and can test and troubleshoot final systems. In this role, you will be providing end user training during and after the implementation process while working closely with all team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of product implementation experience
  • Strong Salesforce experience (administrator, power user, or similar hands-on role)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

Nice To Haves

  • Equipment dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead several implementation projects while providing great service and professionalism
  • Lead client conversations to discover, document, and validate business requirements and use cases
  • Identify areas of complexity, recommend solutions, and guide clients through tradeoffs and best practices
  • Product Expert from both business and technical standpoint
  • Translate customer business requirements and use cases into detailed configuration designs, and identify areas of complexity and propose solutions
  • Work on multiple, complex tasks while staying highly organized and meeting deadlines
  • Take ownership and follow through on client issues until resolved
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive product and process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned
