The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, training, and education of Smile Doctors processes and Cloud 9 software for newly affiliated doctors and team members. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of clinic workflows and day-to-day operations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 75% travel required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Five (5) years of experience in a clinical position in the orthodontic or dental industries required
  • Two (2) years of business systems training experience required
  • One (1) year of experience in a mentor or lead role required
  • Intermediate knowledge of principles and processes for providing systems training and education
  • Intermediate knowledge of health care accounts receivables (patient and insurance)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, entering data, and processing information
  • Intermediate knowledge of principles and processes for providing systems training and education
