About The Position

Thomson Reuters is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of ONESOURCE Pagero, their e-invoicing compliance software, with global clients' systems. This role is ideal for a well-organized, collaborative, and analytical individual interested in growing their career in software implementation. The specialist will utilize coding knowledge, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to address client configuration issues and ensure high service levels. The position involves acting as a specialist in a cross-functional software implementation team, understanding client requirements, running product demonstrations, and delivering end-user and super-user training while configuring the software. Responsibilities also include testing client software implementations, troubleshooting issues to ensure projects stay on timeline and within budget, resolving customer support issues, collaborating with internal teams on pre-sales demos and scoping client needs, and designing, developing, and documenting project deliverables.

Requirements

  • An interest in software and how it is implemented and configured at a range of global institutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients.
  • An understanding of basic coding with the desire to learn and develop your skills within a software setting.
  • An analytical mindset, potentially gained through academic studies or wider interest in coding, economics or project management.
  • A collaborative attitude, able to work closely with colleagues at various levels of seniority and communicate sometimes complex solutions to international clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional software implementation team that specializes in e-invoicing solutions.
  • Work directly with global clients to understand their ONESOURCE Pagero implementation requirements.
  • Run product demonstrations.
  • Deliver end-user and super-user training whilst configuring the software to meet their requirements.
  • Use analytical, project management and problem-solving skills to test client software implementations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure that project plans are running to the required timelines and within budget.
  • Resolve customer support issues by working with clients directly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as product, sales and support) on pre-sales software demos, and prospectively scoping client needs.
  • Design, develop, and document project deliverables according to timelines and budgets.
