Compensation Range Hourly: $26.25 - $39.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.) About This Job The main purpose of this job is to manage multiple implementations for Specialty Healthcare solutions across numerous Commerce Bank client locations.

  • Manage implementation projects in a matrix environment, through completion, adhering to project management and operating standards, scope, cost, and timeline to achieve success and build relationships with our clients
  • Analyze client workflows, consult on efficiency gaps/best practices, and provide technical guidance
  • Develop project plans that support business goals in collaboration with client stakeholders and Senior Leadership
  • Complete technical implementation setup tasks and coordinate internal and external team tasks
  • Proactively manage project scope changes, identify potential risks, issue investigation, contingency plan development, and support
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert input on product enhancements based on client feedback
  • Lead client calls, communication, and end-user training
  • Document, develop, and maintain repeatable implementation playbooks/procedures
  • At times, assist the Sales Account Executives team during the sales process
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle practice management system(s) backend/technical build
  • Ability to act as a technical advisor for a wide range of software solutions
  • Ability to understand and communicate ANSI X12 file specification formatting, both internally and externally
  • Working knowledge of SFTP file transmission set-up, testing, production file flow, and technical file reconciliation (835, 837, XML and flat files)
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skill's
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce
  • Bachelors degree in healthcare, business management, computer information systems, project management or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1+ years project or business process management, healthcare revenue cycle, or healthcare management consulting experience required
  • 1+ years financial analysis experience required
  • API integration knowledge preferred
  • PMP, CAPM, CRCR, or EPIC certification preferred
