About The Position

The Conversion Specialist plays a critical role in Lineage’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) conversion program, ensuring that legacy warehouse operations transition successfully into Connect, our flagship WMS. This role is execution-driven and hands-on, combining elements of business analysis, system configuration, data mapping, and testing. Working closely with the Data, PM, Special Ops, and B2B Integration teams, the Conversion Specialist will help ensure that warehouse sites are fully configured, tested, and ready for training and go-live. This role requires both technical fluency in WMS platforms and strong business knowledge of cold storage and 3PL operations. Moreover, the person in this role will have opportunities to support future-facing WMS initiatives and enhancements as Lineage’s technology stack continues to evolve.

  • Hands-on experience with WMS configuration, data mapping, and UAT/integration testing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Confluence and JIRA experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50-60%, primarily domestic, but including North American international travel such as Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a WMS super-user or system administrator.
  • Exposure to emerging WMS technologies and integrations (e.g., warehouse execution layers or complementary systems built on a WMS).

  • Collaborate with PMs to align project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Act as technical liaison with site operations teams, Special Ops, and B2B Integration to ensure conversion readiness.
  • Maintain clear documentation of data mappings, configurations, and testing outcomes.
