About The Position

As a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist , you’ll play a key role in delivering CSI’s digital banking solutions to new and existing customers. You’ll manage implementations for lower-complexity software and smaller clients, including new conversions, cross-sell opportunities, and mergers. This role involves customer data conversion, application configuration, and go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must Be Willing to Travel Up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
  • Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements.
  • Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup.
  • Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live.
  • Stay current on product updates and enhancements.
