About The Position

Our Implementation Specialist ensures T-Mobile For Business (TFB) customers are onboarded seamlessly and efficiently. They utilize a proven structured implementation 'Plan, Deploy, Inspect and Transition' project plan to provide business customers a consistent, predictable and virtual no-stress switching experience. They deliver a best-in-class pre-sale and post-sale onboarding experience by owning and executing on end-to-end implementation plans for new and existing products, services and solutions. Implementation Specialists support multiple business sales teams, providing implementation support during customers' first 60 days of service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2-4 years Business experience including prior project management and/or customer account management in either customer service or sales.
• 2-4 years Telecom background.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
• Ability to organize and lead all facets of a project/team (including building detailed end-to-end project plans).
• Managing multiple projects concurrently (40+).
• Proficiency in T-Mobile systems, processes, policies, etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional partners, business owners, and/or business points of contact to plan, customize and deploy products and services.
• Supports a high volume (~50) of projects concurrently.
• Works with customers to setup/train self-service portal and conduct first bill reviews.
• Works with Account Executives, Managers, and Sr. Managers to deliver updates, reporting, and feedback on active and presale projects.
• Coordinates and resolves escalations: triaging provisioning issues, promotions missing, incorrect billing.
