As an Implementation Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation of specialized solutions for some of PayPal's largest, global merchants. Help deliver best in class solutions to the complex requirements of large global merchants, through diligent understanding of their wants and needs.

  • Partner with Product Management. Provide feedback from the market regarding products, including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands.
  • Maintain Domain and Product Knowledge. Understand the business and technical problems the PayPal products address.
  • Stay current on product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within each of the products and how these address business and technical problems of our merchants.
  • Partner with the sales team and provide direct support as needed.
  • Build effective working relationship with the sales management and sales engineering teams.
  • Mentor others to share knowledge and best practices to advance the sales of our products and technologies.
  • Develop and deliver training on business problems, products, and messages for presales team members.
  • Collect and Share Lessons Learned- Share critical technical experience with the rest of the Presales team, both formally and informally.
  • Proven success in presenting to large name brand merchants
  • A passion for learning new technologies and solving problems, and interacting with a variety of name brand merchants.
  • Experience with Internet technologies a must (Web Services/SOAP, HTML, HTTP, FTP, and SSL).
  • Knowledge of PayPal products and services or Experience with Payments (Credit Card, Banking, Online, Offline).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and listening skills.
