Position Overview: The Implementation Project Manager will have the responsibility to develop execution strategies for Capital and Departmental projects of multiple merchandising departments and in store construction. This role is the key liaison between the Merchant, supporting Cross Functional Groups, Execution Planning Team and the Supplier Community with respect to the planning of capital and departmental merchandising and construction projects. The Implementation and Planning Project Manager will take a lead role in the development of both merchandising execution strategies and small construction projects to ensure speed to market execution. They will have the responsibilities to coordinate, synchronize and manage the contribution of business groups as well as establish solid partnerships with all cross functional teams and contractors.
