About The Position

INTECON is looking for a highly skilled Implementation Process & Tool Analyst to support the Air Combat Command (ACC) Interoperability and Standards Branch (ACC/A5JI) under the Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) program. This role supports Department of Defense acquisition programs and other users by providing technical assistance for the iSMART process and Government-designated software tool, maintaining toolset reference data aligned with approved Military Standards, and supporting interoperability documentation and analysis efforts.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Top Secret
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
  • Education: Possession of an Associate's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Security+ Certification: Possession of a current Security+ certification.
  • iSMART Experience: At least four (4) years of experience with the iSMART process and toolsets.
  • TDL Network and Military Standards Experience: At least one (1) year of demonstrated experience with TDL networks and familiarity with applicable military standards (US Mil-Std 3011, 6011, 6016, 6017, 6020, 6040, 188-220, and 2045-47001).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to users on the iSMART process and the Government-designated software tool for acquisition programs and other users. This includes answering questions as a help desk for the software.
  • Update toolset reference data to reflect current MIL-STD baselines by incorporating JMTCCB-approved MIL-STD Interface Change Proposals (ICPs) within 60 days of approval to allow systems to accurately document platform and system capabilities.
  • Research and gather information to develop Background Papers, staff studies, Talking Papers, or presentation materials as assigned by the Government.
  • Providing technical assistance and help desk support to users of the iSMART process and Government-designated software tool.
  • Updating iSMART toolset reference data to reflect current MIL-STD baselines by incorporating JMTCCB-approved MIL-STD Interface Change Proposals within required timelines.
  • Use of the iSMART process and toolsets to document platform and system implementation capabilities.
  • Application of Tactical Data Link (TDL) network concepts and familiarity with applicable military standards, including US MIL-STD-3011, 6011, 6016, 6017, 6020, 6040, 188-220, and 2045-47001.
  • Development of Background Papers, staff studies, Talking Papers, and presentation materials as directed by the Government.
