The position involves partnering with various business units, sales, and management to develop and implement project plans. The role requires effective communication of global projects across the company and ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing Standard Operating Procedures, training the implementation team, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting post-mortem assessments of project success. The candidate will also need to stay updated on emerging technologies and innovations relevant to the field.

  • Partner with business units/functions, sales, and management to develop an implementation project plan.
  • Ensure effective communication of global projects across the company.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and train the implementation team.
  • Monitor performance metrics and measurements related to individuals, teams, processes, and projects.
  • Utilize effective communication or negotiation skills to resolve critical issues.
  • Conduct post-mortem assessments of project performance/success.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience required.
  • At least 5 years industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
