WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON You are responsible for guiding customers through implementing Qualia Clear, Qualia’s cutting-edge AI product, serving as their dedicated onboarding specialist and product expert. During this critical period, you'll conduct persona-based breakout sessions, build custom prompt libraries tailored to each customer's workflows, and transform how each customer leverages AI in their daily operations. You'll lead kickoff calls, lead training calls, facilitate hands-on workshops, and ensure customers leave onboarding with the confidence and expertise to maximize their investment in Qualia Clear. We're looking for someone who combines deep curiosity about AI with the customer service skills to make complex technology feel accessible and exciting.
