About The Position

You will guide them through technical configurations and training, helping them to fully utilize our offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the relationship with our partners from the ground up and drive the success of the onboarding process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in onboarding, client implementation, or training delivery.
Basic technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand SaaS products.
Strong project management skills, including task organization and timeline setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle complex situations and provide thoughtful solutions.
Results-driven mindset focused on achieving positive outcomes for Partners.
High emotional intelligence and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead new Partners through the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales phase to active usage.
Coach Partners in configuring and customizing the product to meet their specific needs.
Provide initial technical guidance and troubleshooting to Partners.
Create and deliver engaging training sessions during onboarding to ensure understanding of key processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Partners during onboarding.
Effectively manage and complete multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Identify and address any challenges Partners encounter during onboarding.
Gather and utilize feedback from Partners to improve the onboarding process.
