Responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for implementing all new clients. Leading the implementation process for all HRIS and Time & Attendance systems and products.
Ensure all client-provided onboarding data is accurately collected, organized, and maintained to support a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Deliver responsive and knowledgeable assistance to clients experiencing issues or requiring guidance with software and hardware products.
Facilitate seamless onboarding by ensuring all departments receive necessary client documentation and that relevant data is accurately entered into the HRIS system.
Connect with clients directly to provide training and support, as well as assist with any escalated tickets and issues
Manages projects related to Prism and related systems and other duties as necessary.
Experience in Prism is required.
Ability to use Microsoft office software and applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multiâtask and prioritize work in a fastâpaced environment
