The Implemenation Manager will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of new retailers and 3rd party payment integrators joining the S3 retail network. This role will coordinate tasks, manage resources, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery across several projects under the guidance of the Implementation Director. The Implemenation Manager must be able to manage several projects at one time and manage dependencies both within the project and across similar workstreams across the entire program. This role will need to think creatively and push business objectives forward and remove barriers for the project team. Strong project and program management skills are required to ensure proper alignment across all functional areas. This role will need to be able to communicate clearly and concisely to project stakeholders. Communications include leading meetings, using e-mail to communicate to internal and external stakeholders, writing status updates, and documenting action items. The Implementation Manager should be a self-starter and show an ability to problem-solve with limited guidance. This role will need to be viewed as the gatekeeper to the S3 network and the projects being delivered under the program. The position requires a desire to grow with an expanding team. As part of that growth, the Implementation Manager should be ready to take on new challenges that drive personal and professional growth. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
