As part of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for the implementation and growth of our customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships, success planning, and delivering value to your customers - ensuring optimal onboarding & product adoption. What you’ll be doing: Helping customers to maximize the ROI from their subscriptions. Driving product adoption across the market. Working with Customer Success Managers to deliver great customer service. Ensuring professionalism and a high activity level within the team. Defining strategy in cooperation with your clients. Acting as a trusted adviser, advocating client's needs back to Trustpilot’s internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams. Who you are: Knowledge, experience & capabilities You have experience and knowledge within e-commerce, online marketing, SEO/Google Adwords, and/or software. Proven hands-on account management experience - customer-facing role, preferably in online marketing, internet or software industries You are experienced in building and maintaining strong relations with multiple stakeholders A proven track record in managing clients, account retention, and growth Adept at uncovering new revenue opportunities Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner A plus if you already have demonstrated experience with subscription-based renewal license models. Deep passion and understanding for processes & systems. Good communication skills. Adept at delivering the best customer service in a fast-paced environment.
