As an Implementation Manager within the InstaMed team at JPMorganChase, you will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other personnel in Sales, Contracting, Product Management and Technical Operations by managing end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing clients in an effective and expedient manner to ensure quality implementations for InstaMed's customers. You will be responsible for implementing InstaMed's solutions, directly or indirectly, with healthcare providers. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on InstaMed solutions, providing technical and consultative guidance to internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and functionality. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of client facing experience delivering technology solutions within the healthcare or payments industry.
