As a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team, the Implementation Manager will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, driving consistency through best-in-class project management practices, communication, and performance tracking. This role also partners closely with internal teams within SSC and Compass Group to scope, plan, and deliver technological initiatives that improve efficiency, visibility, and client experience. A strong understanding of the SERV platform, attention to detail, and the ability to connect technology solutions with business outcomes are key to success in this role.
