Leap Event Technology is looking for a client service minded, detail-oriented, and proactive Implementation Manager with strong project management skills to join our team. Implementation Managers drive client onboarding and configuration, and are key to successful deployments. Acting as both a product expert and project manager, the Implementation Manager ensures seamless collaboration across departments to meet client and operational goals. We support some of the world's largest events in the convention space, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will have a passion for client success.
