We're seeking an Implementation Manager who will have the opportunity to manage our customers' journey with the HR Acuity suite of solutions. HR Acuity, the only technology platform specifically built for employee relations and investigations management, is focused on providing a top tier implementation experience for our enterprise clients. As an Implementation Manager on our Professional services team, you will be responsible for leading our clients through the implementation and adoption of the HR Acuity suite of solutions. Based on the Statement of Work (SOW), you will manage the entire client engagement from kick-off to adoption. The ideal candidate is well versed in HR SaaS technology, experienced managing multiple implementations, and detail-oriented to ensure effective change management within an organization. The Implementation Manager is well versed in interacting with and presenting to senior leadership within a business, including C-level executives, human resources professionals, legal and IT teams.

  • Spearhead the client implementation process, including kick-off, workshops, configurations, integrations, adoption, and training.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain consistent communication with leadership, project teams, and clients.
  • Lead the implementation lifecycle, fostering robust relationships with key HR Acuity clients and ensuring their organizational needs are met with excellence.
  • Develop structured project plans to expedite clients’ time to value and establish trust.
  • Mentor clients on business process optimization and change management, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate across the organization to address client concerns and meet project deadlines.
  • At least 5 years of software implementation experience, experience implementing HR SaaS is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and enhance internal/external processes.
  • Demonstrated track-record of exceptional communication across all levels and functions of an organization.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, including facilitating training and leading executive meetings.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical abilities.
  • Quick learner, ready to master new systems and processes.
  • Able to work effectively across various organizational levels.
  • Track record of enhancing client satisfaction through engagement and communication.
  • Capable of managing multiple enterprise-level clients in dynamic environments.
  • Experienced in working with engineering, product, and customer support teams.
