This individual will be responsible for optimizing utilization of Cancer IQ within medical practices and health systems with a focus on the following specialties: Genetics, Oncology, Surgery, Gastroenterology, Breast Imaging and Preventive Care (OB/GYN, Primary Care, Internal Medicine) via programmatic design, protocol development/quality improvement via Lean methodology, and project management. Ensure customers are utilizing Cancer IQ services to their contracted level while partnering with Business Development to find growth opportunities.

  • Collaboration with Account Executives, Executive Sponsors and Product Specialists to target, plan and drive Cancer IQ utilization within health care practices or facilities at the clinical and operational levels, to achieve improved patient outcomes.
  • Providing Quality Improvement expertise that includes analysis and solutions to make cancer risk assessment via Cancer IQ standard of care with healthcare providers.
  • Analysis, understanding and demonstration of revenue generation resulting from practice population-based risk stratification, including cost effectiveness associated with proper utilization of personalized molecular diagnostics.
  • Building relationships between different disciplines across the academic and community network of healthcare providers to optimize an integrated multidisciplinary approach to the identification, diagnosis and management of high-risk patients.
  • Drive optimal utilization, recognizing that customer success is predicated on the ability to challenge the status quo and align people toward change.
  • Proven track record of customer success results.
  • Program design and management skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems.
  • Demonstrated examples of leadership or management preferably in the Oncology, Women's Health, or molecular diagnostics markets.
  • LEAN Six Sigma preferred or completed in first year of employment.
