Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR HS/GED and 4 years relevant experience.
• MS Office and PC-based tools.
• Technical aptitude to learn and use software programs.
• Ability to quickly understand the Deluxe Merchant Services suite of electronic payment products.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding and product implementation.
• Project management, product needs analysis, status tracking and management reporting.
• Provide support to our sales partners such as Request for Proposals review and generation, demonstrations, product needs analysis, and solution identification.
• Manage client relationships during implementation.
• Obtain critical information from all sources to support the client implementation.
• Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct product needs analysis for clients, identify the best product solution.
• Identify needs gaps and propose solutions.
• Address client issues that arise during the implementation.
• Provide status tracking on implementations, communicate information to leadership.
