About The Position

This role provides the opportunity to lead and manage end-to-end technical implementations for travel partners and their customers. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless adoption of enterprise travel solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance on integrations and best practices. The position involves managing complex projects, from discovery and scoping to launch, while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and key performance indicators. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure partners achieve maximum value from the platform. This is a highly visible role with impact on partner satisfaction and long-term business success. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and driven by innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical implementation, ideally within the travel industry or working with TMCs.
  • Strong understanding of SSO, ADFS, SFTP, HRIS integrations, and APIs with enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience managing VAT, UAT, and other implementation phases.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across global teams and multiple levels of an organization.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and partner success.
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of travel solutions for TMCs and their clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions to define requirements for both one-time and multi-phased implementations.
  • Oversee project management activities, including risk assessment, goal-setting, and KPI tracking.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to partners and clients across product and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering, Travel Operations, and Customer Success to align implementation objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project plans and records in project management and CRM systems.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing through internal documentation, technical Q&A, and continuous improvement of implementation processes.
