As an Implementation Manager, Commercial at CLEAR, you’ll be on the front lines ensuring our commercial partners go live successfully, adopt our products effectively, and deliver measurable value to their patients and providers. You’ll own the full implementation journey, from kickoff through launch and beyond, and serve as the connective tissue between our partners and CLEAR’s Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.

  • Own and execute commercial partner implementations end-to-end, ensuring on-time, compliant and high-quality launches
  • Accelerate time to value by coordinating technical and operational requirements for integrations, workflow alignment and compliance approvals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal) to ensure smooth and timely launches
  • Serve as the accountable lead across internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met and tested at key milestones. Ensure partners are fully enabled and ready for long-term success
  • Train and enable partner teams, ensuring they can operationalize and scale CLEAR’s solutions with minimal friction
  • Meet and exceed success metrics for each implementation, monitor performance, and resolve issues to guarantee impact
  • Capture and share best practices to enable repeatable, scalable implementations
  • 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, or program management experience in SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Hands-on experience with consumer facing applications, identity platform, and APIs
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering successful technical implementations on time and at scale
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, with a bias for action
