Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and results-driven Implementation Project Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of complex projects related to the operational start-up of contract logistics solutions. You will act as the vital link between our customers and our operational facilities, coordinating cross-functional teams to translate designed solutions into live, high-performing logistics services. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with travel as required to support project launches.

Requirements

  • Logistics Project Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in project management specifically within the third party logistics or supply chain industry, with a deep understanding of contract logistics operations.
  • Proven Multi-Project Leadership: A demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high organizational standards and financial acumen.
  • Technical & Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Communication & Analytical Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and strong problem-solving skills to navigate a fluid implementation environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and proficiency in Google Workspace tools are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End Project Execution: Manage the full implementation lifecycle from initiation to steady-state operations, developing detailed project plans, resource strategies, and rigorous change control processes to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Solutions Design, Information Technology, and Operations teams to validate project feasibility, refine proposals, and ensure operational readiness for successful service rollouts.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships & Risks: Act as the central point of contact for customers and executive stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and financial implications.
