Summary/Objective: We are hiring an Implementation Lead with ERP expertise to oversee customer deployments of our Voting Registration solutions. This role collaborates with customers and stakeholders to align election office needs with system workflows, data migration, integration, and change management, and ensures timely adoption of the platform.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for stakeholders and facilitating cross-department collaboration
  • ERP platform experience with systems such as (but not limited to) SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or NetSuite
  • Technical comfort in data structures and system configuration based on previous ERP experience
  • Strong ERP project management understanding
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills suited to complex, multi-module environments
  • 5 years minimum background in SaaS or ERP implementations
  • Experience working with cross-functional business teams
  • Hands-on involvement in data migration, system integration, or multi-phase ERP rollouts
  • Willingness to travel to client sites

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main customer liaison starting during the sales and proposal process through go-live and upgrades
  • Lead customer activities, ensuring the customer understands timelines, responsibilities, and required decisions across all phases of the system implementation
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with customers, and design optimized future-state workflows that leverage our Voter Registration system’s capabilities. It is critical that there is a joint understanding between the customer, you, and our internal teams on what the customer is expecting in the application
  • Understand project timelines and deliverables by working with the Project Management Team to ensure milestones are met internally and on the customer side
  • Lead testing to be carried out by our support teams and customers. These include unit, system, and user acceptance testing, validating end-to-end process integrity and data accuracy. Ensure the customer signs off and accepts product releases
  • Help guide change management on the customer side, preparing end-users for new processes through communication, training coordination, and adoption planning
  • Provide ongoing advisory support, helping customers optimize processes and maximize our product’s value post-implementation
