You will be responsible for the successful implementation of a community bank/regional bank/credit union CRM (customer relationship management) solution. This requires you to fully understand how the CRM (Connections) works, how data flows in and out of the CRM, and best practices for administrators of the solution. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to help clients learn the reporting tool of the CRM, teach clients how to build dashboards and custom reports, build reports for clients, and support clients with any issues they have with the report tool. A candidate needs to have experience with data visualization tools, proficiency in generating reports from relational databases, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations. Previous reporting writing experience is a must. This is a full-time position that will require travel about 20% of the time. This position will be assigned to an FIS office and hybrid requiring to be in the office T,W,TH.
