Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of implementation and/or conversion experience with small project complexity.
- General knowledge of credit card and ACH processing requirements and systems preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge technology and business teams.
- Technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to learn system functionality quickly.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven initiative and experience driving process improvements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EIPP/EBPP solutions.
- Consulting and/or Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JSON) and API services (e.g., WebAPI 2).
- Familiarity with Microsoft MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL for troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support distributor implementation teams in setting up and configuring new BillerIQ payment sites.
- Gather requirements and solution design for new payment sites in collaboration with internal teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and consultant for distributor implementation teams.
- Provide guidance on payment site configuration to meet biller business requirements.
- Coordinate with team members to complete project deliverables and attend client meetings for planning and issue resolution.
- Deliver complete distributor integration solutions in partnership with Project Managers.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform site testing and certification activities to ensure smooth go-live.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues quickly and effectively.
- Complete billing profiles for new billers and support post-live activities.
