Our Implementation Project Managers are the oil in the machine that allows our fast-paced company to continue to grow. Implementation Project Managers must be resilient and tenacious as they are tasked with overseeing and managing all aspects of the implementation of our industry-leading artificial intelligence software for new and existing clients.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree
• Have previous internship or comparable work experience managing projects from start to completion
• Are task-oriented and organized
• Are leaders within their organizations and communities
• Thrive in a team atmosphere
• Are flexible and innovative thinkers
• Are eager to develop and refine strong communication and analytical skills
• Are competitive and driven to overcome new challenges

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients
• Manage client and inter-departmental relationship during the implementation process
• Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations
• Serve as a single point of customer contact during the implementation
• Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with the client
• Consistently complete installs with 0.5% quality assurance checkout rating
• Consistently collect 90% of projected monthly revenue
