You are comfortable being the liaison between multiple distinct teams that have competing priorities.   • You have 4+ years in software implementation or Consulting.
  • You have at least 4+ years in SaaS industry
  • You have led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail.
  • You are an excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • You are experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders.
  • Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls;
  • Deep understanding of key industry processes such as loan origination, underwriting, claims management, policy servicing, customer onboarding, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proven ability to design and implement solutions that integrate Box with core systems (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce, nCino, Temenos) to streamline collaboration, document automation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services-such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation-to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
