Are you an experienced implementation or consulting professional who enjoys turning requirements into working solutions? At Evotix, we’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to play a key role in delivering high-quality Evotix 360 implementations, working closely with customers and internal project teams to configure solutions that meet agreed specifications.

In this role, you’ll support and contribute to customer workshops, configuration, testing, and day-to-day project delivery activities, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience post-graduation, preferably in IT or software implementation role.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI and Pentaho, and scripting tools such as SQL.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under direction.
• Strong team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Task Execution – Delivers assigned configuration and documentation work to a high standard.
• Client Collaboration – Contributes professionally in meetings and builds early-stage stakeholder confidence.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, databases, or process-driven systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure the Evotix 360 solution in line with agreed requirements and specifications.
• Assist with the setup, testing, and validation of solution components prior to go-live.
• Participate in client workshops and meetings to support requirements gathering and playback sessions.
• Contribute to delivery documentation such as configuration specs, UAT scripts, or knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide adhoc support and guidance to clients during implementation under the direction of a Senior or Principal Consultant.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to standard.
• Complete onboarding and training pathways to build knowledge of the platform and implementation methodology.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve delivery tools and team practices.
• Shadow and learn from more experienced consultants in design sessions, client interactions, and troubleshooting.
