We provide technology that community financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs. The Implementation Consultant is a key member of the Client Services team. In this role, you will be a key driver of client success by developing implementation strategies and supporting product design and configuration during implementation. You will collaborate with other members of the Client Services team, the Product team, and the Sales team to support our Banking Platform clients. We are looking for energetic candidates with a strong intellect, a passion for finance, the ability to execute with excellence, and superior communication skills. This individual will report to our Manager of Consulting. Applicants may choose to work remote or office based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.
