RevSpring provides patient engagement and revenue cycle management services to its clients. In order to provide the highest quality service to its clients, RevSpring is seeking an individual who would be a good fit with our team culture as well as having the skills, desire, and enthusiasm to excel in the Implementation Specialist Role. We place great importance on our continual improvement of our services, our operational efficiencies, and our customer service, and the successful candidate will contribute to these objectives in measurable ways. This role will provide high quality implementation, evaluation, and assessment within the Patient Engagement product suite. The Implementation Specialist will become a SME for our products. This individual can expect to spend a considerable amount of working with clients and product managers to configure and enable new or existing products. The Implementation Specialist will also work to upgrade existing clients to the newest version of our software. After an initial onboarding period and this position can be mostly remote, with periodic on-site visits required to one of the RevSpring offices (Home site for Talksoft product team is in Hamilton, NJ).
