About The Position

Our Professional Services team is at the heart of that transformation—guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, and beyond. As an Implementation Consultant you will blend of strategy, technology, and relationship-building. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience implementing Azure-hosted enterprise applications.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading Discovery and training sessions.
  • Ability to drive consultative, collaborative conversations with both clients and internal teams.
  • Clear, professional presentation and demo skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills—you know how to guide clients toward the best-fit solutions.
  • Critical thinking skills to balance client objectives with system capabilities.
  • A passion for delivering great customer experiences and driving long-term success.

Nice To Haves

  • Solid understanding of financial/accounting principles and transport/logistics operations (a plus!).

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured Discovery workshops—both in-person and remote—to uncover client needs and business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and design specifications, and influence process improvements where needed.
  • Own the implementation journey, guiding clients through each phase and ensuring alignment with project scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams(like Project Managers, Account Managers, and Support) to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Train and support client super users and IT teams, ensuring they’re confident and ready to succeed post go-live.
  • Provide technical leadership and best practice recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage scope creep, partnering with the Project Manager to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the AMCS Global Support team after implementation.
  • Continuously improve our implementation processes, tools, and documentation.
