About The Position

The Implementation Consultant plays a key role in driving successful software and service deployments for our YourCause solutions. Leveraging enterprise-level project management acumen and advanced data analytical capabilities, the Consultant works cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact that aligns with our clients’ CSR and ESG initiatives. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of enterprise-level implementation, project management, or client-facing experience.
  • Strong command of data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, CRM platforms).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Understanding of basic HTML preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and oversee complex implementation project plans tailored to enterprise clients.
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration, maintaining accountability across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide in-depth client training and strategic guidance on maximizing product utilization.
  • Conduct data-driven QA testing, troubleshoot configurations, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Analyze client-specific program data to inform implementation strategy and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account managers to create documentation rooted in data insights and client goals.
  • Spearhead deployment of new features and platform upgrades for existing clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison and advocate between clients and internal units (e.g., payroll, development, client services).
  • Monitor performance post-implementation, using analytics to anticipate issues and enhance stability.
  • Translate client priorities into clear action items and ensure alignment with internal execution.
  • Design and refine scalable implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Quantify and communicate the strategic value of implementation to clients using data visualizations and impact reporting.
