The Screening and Selection Services Implementation Consultant at ADP is responsible for successfully implementing clients on HCM products and services. This role combines analytic and project management skills to simplify complex information, ensuring clients can effectively use ADP's offerings. The consultant will build long-term relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide expert support to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning in a dynamic work environment.

  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and build long-term trust.
  • Analyze clients' existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
  • Stay informed about HCM capabilities and new product features.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate solutions based on clients' unique needs.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Screening and Selection Services and I-9.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Client relationship skills to influence and guide clients.
  • Comfortable in a performance-based and structured environment.
  • Learning agility and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various operating systems.
